Sung to the tune of Night Before Christmas


Twas the night before Xmas and all down the street-

The shoppers were moving like lions after meat-

No mind was on peace, love or joy-

But on how many bucks there were to enjoy-

The police were all out in force-

Writing traffic and parking tickets, of course-

Many drunks were out too-

Making it seem like a human zoo-

Ice and snow were falling-

Making driving, even walking, dangerously appalling-

If you survive-

We'll just have to see if you make it through New Year's alive-
