Nocturnal Moonshine

Sapphire surf
overlaps aqua, inspiring.
Glistening ocean
wavers, enveloping.

Steady hours turn inward
harnessing fear, multi - faceted,
playing over time,
anxious and clear.

Black sandy grains
flicker beach side,
moment by moment
events change, as tides.

Gravestones from afar
stand at ease high above,
white ghosts in moon's glow,
apparitions, emerge.
